Retrieve records that match a specific value

1. In the Fields pane, add the field for which you want to specify criteria.

   For example, if you want to retrieve records that have France in the Region field, add the Region field to the Fields pane.

2. In the Criteria box, type the value you want to match, and then click Test!.
